DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 business and did not reach the final destination. The process of refund or dispatching the replacement can start only after the period of 30 days from the moment the order is shipped.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If the (your) package is returned to yogigo due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer will be requested to cover the expenses of the second attempt to re-deliver the order to a corrected address.
